total freedom - cowgirl clue
i really like that her music has that electronic, synthy feel and incorporates some really nice electric guitar. my fav has to be angel off duty. ballet flat$ on the ga$ pedal is a close second.
basspunk 2 - bassvictim
i found bassvictim through the song l-on-d-on (my fav is gajówka) i've been listening to this album a lot lately because i miss london :( i miss singing on the tube on a night out.
pinkerton - weezer
i know weezer catches flack but i actually really like their music. i've been listening to this album a lot bc of how desperate he sounds in pink triangle and across the sea lol. love it. i like their instrumentals too, very solid.
tidal - fiona apple
CLASSIC!!!! i stole my dad's tape cus i thought the cover looked cool and it turned out to be such a brilliant album! she is genuinely a musical genius. no notes. except listen to this and then when the pawn. i dont like her stuff from 2000 onwards as much SORRY.
dummy - portishead
one of my flatmates was talking to me about portishead being a real place in our kitchen one despicable winter night, so i went and checked them out! can't believe i was missing out on such a great album for the longest time, i love it could be sweet.
fancy that - pinkpanthress
i absolutely LOVE what pinkpanthress is doing with her music videos with this album, very britpop revival which is very much needed... the cuntiness of the union jack cannot be wasted. i love that her music is high energy without being too overwhelming, very nice to get ready to!
